Schedule: This role requires 3-12 hour night shifts between 8:00 pm and 8:00 am.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality emergency medical care and support, utilizing advanced techniques and equipment in various situations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all equipment is properly stored and treatment areas are well-maintained.
  • Work effectively with colleagues and leadership on performance improvement initiatives to enhance patient care outcomes.
Position Requirements:
  • Licensing and Certification: Indiana State Paramedic License or National Registry Paramedic Certification with the ability to obtain an unrestricted state license within 30 days of hire. Must also obtain Basic Life Support (BLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) through the American Heart Association (AHA) within 20 days of hire.
  • Physical Demands: Must be able to frequently stand, walk, talk, listen, and lift or move more than 100 pounds.
  • Driver's License: Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and meet the hospital's liability insurance carrier requirements.
