1. Flexible Work-Life Balance: We understand the importance of balance. Our full-time physicians work 1500 clinical hours/year, but many of our team members choose to work 1300-1400 hours/year. Enjoy flexible scheduling options, including shifts from 7 am-3 pm, 12 pm–10 pm, 3 pm–12 am, or 10 pm–7 am.
2. Special ED care area for Psychiatric emergencies which accounts for roughly 10 % of people who visit our ED each day.
Specialized Care Areas: Be part of our accredited Stroke Program, recognized with the American Heart Association’s Get With The Guidelines® – Stroke Gold Plus quality achievement award.
3. Cutting-Edge Facilities: Benefit from a state-of-the-art emergency department equipped with X-ray, imaging, lab services, electronic monitoring, bedside registration, and advanced ultraviolet infection prevention. Our TeleHealth program allows for real-time consultations with experts for strokes and other neurological emergencies.
4. Strong Team Support: Work in a collaborative environment with robust support from hospitalists and specialists. Our clinical and administrative infrastructure ensures you can focus on providing top-notch care while being well-supported by a dedicated team.

Our 140-bed facility serves a diverse community, handling 8,600 annual admissions, 34,000 emergency visits, and approximately 600 deliveries each year. The Cooley Dickinson Medical Group (CDMG), our fastest-growing division, includes 74 physicians and 37 advanced practice clinicians across 11 locations. Our VNA & Hospice averages 56,500 home care visits and supports 400 hospice patients annually.
