Requirements:
  • WI PT License
  • Minimum 2+ years experience
  • General PT/ Ortho skills. Inpatient experience required
  • BLS
  • Charting Experience: Epic highly Preferred
Other details:
  • Unit Specific Skillset: 8-10 patients. Inpatient only
  • Must be outside 50 miles radius
