Job Description
  • Works with students in individual, small group and classroom settings
  • Counsels students in managing emotions/stress, applying interpersonal skills and goal setting
  • Conduct classroom guidance activities.
  • Observes students in class and social situations in order to make proper recommendations
  • Collaborates with families, teachers, and administrators
  • Builds and maintains a positive rapport with students, staff and parents
  • Experience with children preferred
  • Other duties as assigned by principal

Job Qualifications
The ideal candidate would hold an Indiana School Counselor License.
