NeuroRestorative, a member of the Sevita family, provides rehabilitation services for people of all ages with brain, spinal cord and medically complex injuries, illnesses and other challenges. In a variety of locations and community-based settings, we offer a range of programs, including vocational and therapy programs, day treatments, and specialized services for infants, children, adolescents, Military Service Members and Veterans. Regional Case Manager (Remote) - Must live in Austin, Dallas, Tyler, El Paso, San Antonio, or Houston Maintain up-to-date authorization start and end dates Coordinate with case managers to notify them of/plan for upcoming auth ends Assist as needed with auth renewal Assist with difficult/emergent discharge placements Run birthday reports monthly Run eligibility checks monthly Verify continued employment for PBS who are self-insured Verify COBRA enrollment Cover time off for Program Case Managers as needed Analyze program documentation to ensure accuracy and completion for authorization renewal Attend UR calls for all programs Assist individuals with related matters including eligibility for benefits through Medicaid, Medicare, Social Security, and private insurance. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in human services or equivalent in education and experience required. Minimum of 1 year of related work experience and knowledge of case management. Valid driver’s license and driving record that meets insurability requirements as defined by the company. Current CPR/First Aid Certification as required by state/program. Knowledge of case management. Exceptional people skills with an ability to establish rapport quickly with others. Demonstrated abilities to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, individuals served, families, and the general public. A demonstrated work ethic with an ability to multitask and juggle changing priorities. Ability to handle crisis situations with minimal supervision. Ability to analyze and interpret periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
