Infrastructure Specialst

Our client in Providence, RI is seeking an onsite Infrastructure Consultant for a period of at least 6 months. The Infrastructure Consultant will be responsible for run and maintain activities while the internal IT team focuses on enterprise level projects. This will cover all areas of their Infrastructure and associated documentation, including, but not limited to: Active Directory, Windows Servers, Cloud technology, Wired and Wireless Networking, Firewalls, Virtualization, Server Hardware, SAN Hardware, and Backup and Recovery.

To be considered, you must have:

• Experience with Active Directory and Windows Servers, Wired and Wireless Networking (preferably Cisco Meraki), Firewalls (preferably Fortinet), Virtualization (preferably VMWare), Server Hardware (preferably Dell), SAN Hardware (preferably Lenovo), and Backup and Recovery (preferably Veeam)
• Solid verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, including a proficiency for Infrastructure documentation
• Ability to work well in a team environment and as an individual contributor
• Strong prioritization skills and a service orientation
• Willingness / ability to be onsite daily
