About Client:
The client is a technology managed services provider and product reseller.It provides Managed Workplace Services including IT solutions and hardware, integration and support services and has partnerships within the technology space such as HP, IBM, Cisco, Dell, Apple, Inc, Jamf Pro, AirWatch.

Rate Range: $19-$21/Hr

Job Description:
  • Troubleshooting Dell laptop/desktop PCs.
  • Working with end-users to resolve issues.
  • Providing updates to management as needed.
Required skills:
  • Communications, Hardware Break-Fix, Installing
  • Overall, 1.5 years of experience should this person have
  • Certification Requirements: A+/Dell/Lenovo/nice to have Mac.
  • 3-4 years physical touch experience working in enterprise data centers.
  • Physical Touch Datacenter Support, Rack/Stack, Cable, Logistics/Asset Management.
  • Onsite Physical Touch Datacenter/Network Support. Rack, Stack activities, Cross Connect
