We are actively hiring Medical Technicians to join our growing clinical team servicing the Boston, MA area. We are looking for energetic, hard-working individuals with strong organizational and customer service skills to work directly with our Nurse Practitioners/Physician Assistants in our CLIA certified (mobile) laboratory. This individual will be directly involved in daily patient care while gaining valuable experience on an ongoing basis. Extensive on the job training will be provided for this exciting opportunity in mobile healthcare. Current EMT certification is required as a hiring credential for this position in DispatchHealth as a medical practice (non-Emergency Medical Services) organization delivering care in patient homes.

What You'll Do:
  • Learn about how our approach to healthcare is helpful to the patient, and beneficial to you as a medical professional.
  • Meet other team members in the Boston area, and learn why DispatchHealth is a positive place to work.
  • Interview with our clinical leaders, and find out how we can be a positive fit for each other.
  • Recieve an on the spot offer, and begin working with us in two weeks 
What You Need:

For those applying as an Medical Technician: 

  • EMT License (hiring credential only)
  • Candidates with a bachelor's degree in a core science or lab science and have a minimum of 2 years' experience in chemistry and hematology, especially with experience using an i-STAT device, are encouraged to apply.
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record
  • BLS, American Heart Association
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to walk up and down several flights of stairs easily
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
