Your Role:

As a Home Health OT, you’ll provide essential therapy to patients recovering from illness, injury, or disability—right in the comfort of their own homes. Every day, you’ll help people increase their independence, regain crucial skills, and boost their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess functional abilities and needs of patients in their homes
  • Develop personalized treatment plans to support independence in daily living and work skills
  • Help patients improve hand-eye coordination and physical capabilities
  • Support patients with emotional and mental health issues, such as dementia or depression
  • Educate and guide families and caregivers on carrying out therapy interventions
  • Track and document progress to ensure goals are met and improvements are made
What You’ll Need:
  • Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Active OT licensure in the state of practice
  • Strong communication skills and a genuine commitment to patient-centered care
  • Time management and independence to work efficiently during home visits
  • Reliable transportation and a willingness to make regular visits to patient homes
