Responsibility: Collaborates with and assists other care team providers in the delivery of information obtained through observation and documentation of changes in telemetry. Qualification: middot; Education: High school diploma. middot; Experience: Previous telemetry monitoring experience preferred. middot; Licensure, Certification amp; Registration Requirements: Successful completion of baseline telemetry monitoring competency examination and successful completion of annual competency examination.
