About Us: We are a dedicated plaintiff-side personal injury law firm located in the Tri-State Area, committed to representing clients on a contingency basis. Our firm prides itself on fighting vigorously for individuals who have been wronged by negligence. We are currently seeking an experienced, ambitious attorney to join our team and advocate for our clients in a range of personal injury cases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in personal injury cases.
- Manage all aspects of casework from inception through resolution, including investigation, case preparation, and settlement or trial.
- Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel and insurance companies.
- Prepare and draft legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence.
- Provide expert legal advice and maintain strong client relationships.
- Engage in discovery, depositions, and courtroom proceedings as necessary.
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Licensed in Indiana - KY and OH is a plus
- 3-6 years of experience in personal injury law on the plaintiff side, with a proven track record of handling cases successfully.
- Comprehensive understanding of personal injury law, litigation processes, and legal research.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
- Ability to manage a high caseload with a client-focused approach.
- Willingness to work in an in-office environment.
