The Corporate Recruiter will support the Talent Acquisition team and will execute effective recruiting strategies through relationship management, drive processes, and key market insights to influence and lead search strategy. This individual is responsible for service excellence throughout the corporate recruitment process.

  1. Exercises knowledge of the full life cycle recruiting process and recruiting strategy for all corporate positions.
  2. Collaborate across functional teams to create and build sourcing strategies.
  3. Utilize recruitment strategies to identify and attract both active and passive job seekers.
  4. Manage and utilize a variety of sourcing strategies including but not limited to online job boards, social media, networking, advertising, diversity outreach, email blasts, referrals, and internal transfer/promotion.
  5. Build our talent pipeline by continuously sourcing and recruiting candidates for current and future corporate needs.
  6. Attend networking events to build contacts and source new talent; events may include career fairs, professional conferences, college visits.
  7. Conduct pre-screening, present candidates to hiring managers, coordinate interviews and travel, and support all parties during the selection process.
  8. Provide a high-level candidate experience by responding to questions professionally and timely and assisting/coordinating any other candidate needs.
  9. Build and maintain business partnerships with hiring managers and business leaders by scheduling routine meetings, discussing and evaluating recruiting strategy, and providing weekly updates.
  10. Ensure regulatory aspects of the corporate recruitment process are compliant with Company policy and federal and state legislation.
  11. Build and develop relationships with industry contacts to gain industry knowledge, referrals, and leads.
  12. Identify and implement opportunities to enhance the corporate recruitment process.
  13. Demonstrate a high sense of urgency and effectively manage competing priorities.
  14. Remain current on the latest industry trends, talent acquisition tools, and share best practices with the TA team.
  15. Read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
  16. Perform other tasks and duties as assigned.
  17. Think strategically and serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers.

Requirement description :
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience - REQUIRED
  • Minimum of 5 years' recruiting experience for a variety of different roles - REQUIRED
  • Must have experience working with C-Suite level executives - REQUIRED
  • High volume recruiting experience - REQUIRED
  • Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of team - REQUIRED
  • Proficient in Microsoft and other position applicable software applications, including internet and technology-based recruiting solutions- REQUIRED
  • UKG or Phenom experience - Preferred
