Owning the process for managing and evaluation of nonconforming material (MRB, DMR, OOBF, etc.) Devising and implementing methods and procedures for inspecting, testing and evaluating the precision and accuracy of products and production equipment Initiating and supporting root cause analysis of high priority returned items, Out-Of-Box-Failures, corporate initiatives, etc. Skills: Troubleshooting of electro-mechanical products/devices Experience creating/ involved with Audits Working knowledge of a manufacturing environment Experience working in ISO Standards Hands-on experience leading Continuous Improvement projects Leading Root Cause Analysis Reports and Analysis projects Additional Skills & Qualifications: BS Degree in Electrical Engineering or ASEE with experience is a requirement.
