*Description:*
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Power BI Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, data modeling, and database management, with extensive experience in Power BI and related technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
*Perform data analysis to support business decision-making.
*Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate technical specs, document and deliver actionable insights.
*Create and optimize data models to ensure efficient data retrieval and analysis.
*Develop, design, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards.
*Integrate Power BI with various data sources, including databases, cloud services, and APIs.
*Ensure data accuracy, consistency, security and governance across all reports and dashboards.
*Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI tools and functionalities.
*Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in Power BI and data analytics.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
*Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
*Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
*Proven experience as a Power BI Developer or in a similar role.
*Strong proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Report Builder, Power Query and Power Automate.
*Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing.
*Proficiency in SQL and database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL).
*Familiarity with other data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, QlikSense) is a plus.
*Worked in Agile organization and be familiar with Agile methodologies like SAFe Agile, knowledge of Jira, ITSM etc.
*Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
*Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
*Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and their data services.
*Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or Java.
*Certification in Power BI or related technologies.
