Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive skilled care as ordered by the attending physician
  • Observe and monitor patient conditions and perform OASIS assessments
  • Administer medication as prescribed by the physician
  • Educate the patient and family on disease processes
  • Complete all clinical documentation following agency protocol

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse with current license in the state of employment
  • Minimum one-year experience as an RN
  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance
