Qualifications:

Skills and Requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with Project Management including MS Project, or equivalent project management software proficiency
  • Understanding of local, state, and federal codes, permitting, and regulatory compliance
  • Effective communication style the allows for cross-functional teamwork and a 'get-it-done' attitude
  • Assertive management style; holds team and vendors accountable to deadlines and performance.
  • Experience managing multi-million dollar construction projects
Experience / Education
  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent years of experience preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years Manufacturing (preferably food) environment and knowledge of utilities, facilities or production equipment maintenance
