XPO LTL Team Drivers - Existing Teams Only - 100% No Touch Freight - 91 CPM Split + Traffic Pay

Join our team of established LTL drivers at XPO, specializing in transportation between our facilities. Hazmat, Tank, and Doubles endorsements are required.

  • 5 days on, 2 days off schedule
  • Earn 91 cents per mile, split between both drivers ($0.455 per mile each)
  • Traffic pay of $33.07 for delays over an hour due to traffic, construction, or weather
  • Weekly average gross earnings between $1,730 and $1,923 per driver
  • Full health insurance benefits starting on day one
  • All freight is LTL and handled in-house with no touch expected. All loads are strictly between XPO facilities.

Note: Only existing teams are being recruited; both team members must apply for this position.

As an XPO Team Driver, you will work closely with your partner in a sleeper truck on extended road trips. This involves operating a variety of tractor-trailer combinations over long distances throughout a typical 5-day work week away from home.
