The HVAC Technician is responsible for the proper maintenance, installation and operation of HVAC equipment throughout the Nation affiliated properties.

- Ensures the proper maintenance, installation and operation of HVAC equipment throughout the property.
- Always takes the appropriate steps to properly charge refrigeration systems and safely handle refrigerant.
- Demonstrates proper techniques in welding, brazing and soldering.
- EPA Certification.
- A valid New York State Driver's license.
- 2 - 3 years' experience in previous HVAC work preferred.
