Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support clinic staff to enhance patient care and satisfaction.
  • Complete patient charts accurately and promptly, building trust with colleagues.
  • Implement clinical protocols as guided by Medical Officers and Supervising Physicians.
  • Maintain compliance with relevant regulations, including HIPAA guidelines.
  • Conduct diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and educate patients on ongoing care for both acute and chronic conditions.
  • Perform necessary therapeutic procedures including wound care, suturing, and infection management.
  • Assess and analyze patient histories and symptoms to form accurate diagnoses.
  • Promote teamwork, communication, and a positive work atmosphere in all interactions.
  • Utilize virtual communication tools to consult with patients.
  • Embrace additional responsibilities as designated by management.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced setting such as Urgent Care, Family Medical Practice, or Emergency Room preferred.
  • A Masters Degree in Nursing is required.
  • Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a dynamic team environment.
