We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Staff Platform Engineer Level 10 to join our team for FTE. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our cloud-based infrastructure. They will have extensive knowledge of major cloud systems such as AWS, GCP. Strong experience programming in Golang, working with Kubernetes, and gitops flow is essential, along with expertise in pipeline development and automation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and maintain reliable and scalable infrastructure solutions within AWS or GCP environments.
  • Utilize Kubernetes to orchestrate containerized applications and manage clusters effectively.
  • Implement gitops flow with Fleet/Flux for continuous deployment and integration.
  • Develop and maintain automated pipelines for deployment, testing, and monitoring.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and optimize system performance.
  • Monitor system health and implement proactive measures to ensure high availability and reliability.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in site reliability engineering.
Knowledge & Skill Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Extensive knowledge of major cloud systems such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Strong experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration.
  • Strong experience programming with Golang.
  • In-depth understanding of gitops flow and Flux or Rancher Fleet
  • Demonstrated experience in pipeline development and automation.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • [Optional] Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or Google Professional Cloud DevOps Engineer are a plus.
