Qualification:
- Professional Certificate (CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, or CCNA) or Associate Degree
- 3 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in troubleshooting network applications, hardware, and software issues
- Strong understanding of standard Windows desktop applications and email systems
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Provide phone and in-person support to users for email, directories, and desktop applications
- Serve as the initial point of contact for troubleshooting network applications
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software PC and printer problems
- Assist users with applications developed under the contract or its predecessors
- Ensure efficient resolution of technical issues and provide timely updates to users
- Document and track support requests and resolutions
- Communicate effectively with users to understand and address their technical problems
