About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer to join our widely respected and growing Bridge Team with our Transportation Division inour Glastonbury, CT Office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Working with a team of professionals in developing bridge design and construction plan development for bridge rehabilitation and replacement projects.
  • Creating and updating specs and contract documents for CTDOT and Municipal Projects.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • PE Required.
  • 5-10 years of bridge design, rehabilitation, and/or inspection experience.
  • Project experience with CTDOT preferred
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Microstation required.
  • Business Development experience preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail.
  • Ability to effectively participate as part of a project team, develop and maintain client relations, and meet project demands and schedules.
