Job Description AJM Hearing Care Services, contracted with the Veterans Affairs (VA), is seeking a dedicated Audiologist to join their growing team in Corpus Christi, TX, and make a meaningful difference in the lives of veterans through expert audiological care.
This role specializes in conducting diagnostic testing for VA disability evaluations, and the Audiologist will work alongside other healthcare providers in a multidisciplinary medical office.
The successful candidate will be part of a supportive team focused solely on diagnostic assessments with medical opinions.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive audiological evaluations and diagnostic testing for veterans in accordance with VA guidelines
- Conduct hearing tests, including pure tone air and bone conduction, speech audiometry, and immittance testing
- Interpret test results and prepare detailed diagnostic reports
- Ensure testing equipment is maintained and calibrated to industry standards
- Doctoral degree in Audiology (Au.D.) from an accredited institution
- Valid TX Audiologist license
- Strong understanding of audiometric techniques and VA disability evaluation protocols.
- Ability to work independently
- 4 days a week
- Straight salary starting at $100,000 annually
