Compensation Information:  32%-35% collections, $800-$900 daily rate for first 6-12 months. 

Multiple Locations Available: #Glen Burnie, #Lanham, #Dunkirk, #Prince Frederick, #Charlotte Hall, #Lexington Park, #Solomons, MD #Washington DC

Benefits: 

  • PTO: 1.54 hours accrued for every 40 hours worked. Accrual rate increases based on tenure. 

  • Sick Leave: 1 hour earned for every 30 hours worked. 40 hour max

  • Holidays: 8 paid holidays (eligible for Full Time positions only)

  • Health, Vision and Dental Insurances and other ancillary benefit plans

  • 401(K)

Bonus: 

All dental practice employees are eligible for monthly bonus opportunities based on the practice's achievement of key performance goals, including net production, net collection, and office visit targets.

Position Summary

We are seeking General Dentists who are passionate about patient care, treatment planning, and working in a fast-paced environment. You will have the opportunity to treat a diverse patient population, work with a flexible schedule, and benefit from in-house continuing education on advanced dental techniques, including laser surgery, implants, Invisalign, and practice management.   • DDS/DMD license
