If you are ready for this challenge, we are ready for you Hyatt Shared Service Center is seeking a dynamic self-starter to join our Travel Agent Commission team. The purpose of this role is to provide ongoing analysis of travel agent commission payment data. It also will involve weekly monitoring of payment data transmissions and detailed error reporting. The responsibilities of this position are primarily administrative. Essential Functions: Manage booking and payment data Prepare reconciliation files for agencies Prepare payment files Process inquiries from agencies via email and phone Regular attendance is expected based on schedule and business needs Participation in employee events, onsite meetings, hotel visits and industry as needed Demonstrate a commitment to Hyatt core values The position responsibilities outlined above are in no way to be construed as all encompassing. Qualifications: Experience: Knowledge and experience with general accounting principals a plus. Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent Computer Skills Needed to Perform this Job: Request Management System preferred but not required Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications: Word PowerPoint Excel Additional Comments and Requirements Understanding of Hyatt's business and strategy Strong analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills Refined verbal and written communication skills Capable of handling fast paced, multi-project assignments Exceptional attention to detail Maintaina work environment that is comfortable, user-friendly, and organized Ability to adapt to new demands,reprioritize workload and address urgent demands quickly Ability to communicate effectively andrespectfully to all associates and all internal/external resources Eagerness and ability to learn new skills,technologies and business processes quickly Ability to work well with others Ability to collaborate withcross-functional teams and across all levels of the organization Must be able to workinclusively, but also be able to work independently and without excessivesupervision.
