Responsibilities:

  • Independently manage patient cases and provide comprehensive care plans
  • Empower patients to administer their own dialysis and take control of their health
  • Develop deep relationships with patients and their support systems

Requirements:

  • Current RN license in state of practice
  • Minimum 12 months of RN experience
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook
