Overview

Reporting to the Director of Investor Relations, the Investor Relations Associate will play a vital role in supporting Investor Relations, managing social media, and contributing to the overall visibility and reputation of American Infrastructure Partners (AIP). This role involves working with our investment platforms to create and curate content and monitor social media channels while fostering positive interactions with investors through various channels.

Key Responsibilities

Communication / Database Management:

  • Respond to investor inquiries and requests for information in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain the investor relations database and ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Track and report on investor ownership and changes.

Social Media Management:

  • Develop engaging and relevant content for social media platforms that aligns with AIP's investor relations goals.
  • Monitor social media channels for discussions, trends, and investor sentiment.
  • Create and schedule content for various social media platforms, maintain a content calendar, and prepare/analyze reports on social media performance.
  • Ensure that all social media content aligns with the company's brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Manage new funds and the associated fundraising in the database, with the ability to run ad hoc reports on demand.
  • Utilize social media analytics tools to track and analyze the performance of social media activities.
  • Prepare regular reports on social media metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.

The Ideal Candidate will have the following Education, Experience, and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, finance, or a related field.
  • 3+ years' experience in investor relations, social media management, marketing, finance, or a related field is a plus.
  • Previous experience with CRM databases and investor web portals is a plus.
  • Understanding of social media platforms and trends and proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics.
  • Proven mastery of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Candidate will have access to highly confidential information and will be charged with a number of tasks requiring excellent judgment, precision, and follow-through. Absolute discretion is required.
  • Willingness to be a supportive member of the team by assisting others as needed. Takes initiative to make the team stronger. Equally important resourcefulness with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment with a hands-on, can-do approach.
  • Excellent analytic skills, the ability to ask the right question, problem solver, initiative-taking, with the ability to present information clearly and effectively.

Office working conditions. Sitting, standing, keyboarding, and telephone use.
