Overview

Ascendo is looking for an experienced and motivated project manager to assist with an integration project. To be a successful project manager, you will need to have proven experience in managing complex and diverse projects, excellent organizational and leadership skills, effective communication and interpersonal skills, and a problem solving and results-oriented mindset.

You should be able to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. You should be familiar with project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.

You will also need to have a bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, or a related field, a certification in project management methodologies such as PMP.

Essential Functions
  • Manage integration related projects from beginning to end.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project plans, to include timelines, key milestones, and expected outcomes.
  • Identify and manage project risks, including the development of contingency plans.
  • Track project milestones and deliverables.
  • Determine resource needs to achieve workstream / project goals.
  • Partner with team to define project success criteria.
  • Ensure that all project documentation is complete, up-to-date, and stored appropriately.
  • Develop and present progress updates, requirement documents, and presentations as needed.
  • Communicate project status to stakeholders, project team members, and external partners.
  • Contribute to development of best practices and tools for efficient project execution and management.
Minimum Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree

Experience Requirement
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on integration projects.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • PMP certification is a plus.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
