You will be responsible for handling service department calls, emails and leads while maintaining a quality relationship with our current customer base. Full training available. Great opportunity Competitive salary and benefits EOE Responsibilities Serve as liaison and communicate effectively between the Service department and customers.Contact customers regarding repairs, estimated pick-up times.Take incoming service calls.Schedule service appointments.Inform customers of rental car policies and guidelines.Check e-mails and promptly respond to inquiries.Establishes personal income goals that are consistent with dealership standards of productivity and devises a strategy to meet the goals of bringing customers into service department.Attend training as requested by manager.Follows script and instructions from a supervisor.
