- Empowering Health Assessment: Elevate members' wellness journeys with vibrant health assessments, offering guidance and education that sparks lasting transformations.
- Holistic Care and Impactful Management: Deliver standout routine care, blending standardized procedures with personalized touches, including physical examinations and screenings.
- Follow-up Excellence and Precision Documentation: Bring excitement to every member follow-up, ensuring meticulous documentation that reflects their unique progress and needs.

🥼 QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- California licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
- Master’s degree from an accredited NP or PA program.
- DEA Registration Certificate.
- OIG Clearance and NPI number
- Must be able to meet and receive a background check to include criminal records clearance.
