Position: RN IMCU - Intermediate Care Unit

Shifts Available: Days (Rotating Weekends): 7a-7p, and Nights (Rotating Weekends): 7p-7a

Job Summary:

• Serve as the patient and family advocate, protecting privacy and confidentiality
• Facilitate patient care making nursing assessments and diagnosis
• Provide plan-based care with a commitment to continuous improvement

Job Requirements:
  • 1 year of Recent RN experience. (Does not need to have acute care experience. IT IS STRONGLY PREFERRED. THEY WOULD BE OPEN TO LTAC EXPERIENCE) (RECENT RN EXPERIENCE IS STRONGLY PREFERRED)
  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida or able to obtain licensure prior to start is required
  • Current BLS required
  • Current ACLS preferred, required within 6 months of hire
  • BSN is preferred

Compensation:
  • Pay Rates: Up to $39.60/hr. (Based on years of experience)
  • Sign ON: Up to $20k sign on (Case-by-case basis)
  • Shift Differentials: $3/hr. Nights and $2/hr. weekends
  • Relocation: Case by Case Basis
