QC Technician (Food)- Graveyard Manufacturing Cerritos, CA, US Pay Rate Low: 18 | Pay Rate High: 20 Added - 29/04/2024 Apply for Job Our partner in the Food & Beverage industry, is seeking a Production Worker to support their quality team They are seeking a self-starter looking to build their experience and skills in the food industry, within quality and regulatory at their site in Cerritos, CA. Schedule: 1st or 2nd shift + OT as needed Pay: $18/hr - $20/hr 6 month contract-to-hire, with opportunity to extend or convert Responsibilities: -Manage and conduct audits in a GMP environment -Monitoring, and programming critical control points (CCP), throughout the manufacturing process -Perform sanitation verification and allergen testing on equipment -Ensure proper guidelines for products during processing -Collect lab samples and environmental swabs -Perform raw materials, in-line, and finished product inspections and record data Requirements: -Bachelor's in science or Highschool diploma -1-4 years experience in food manufacturing in quality preferred -Must be able to work fully on site (no remote options available) INDBH We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
