Job Description: Isaac Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a reliable Delivery Driver/Warehouse Associate for their Rochester, NY location. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively and efficiently manage delivery routes, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of products to the correct addresses while providing exceptional customer service. This position would be ideal for a responsible individual with excellent communication skills, strong organization, and a customer service-focused mindset. Summary: For over 75 years, Isaac Heating and Air Conditioning has worked diligently to meet the changing heating and air conditioning needs of homeowners and businesses in Upstate and Central New York. Isaac is one of the nation's largest privately held HVAC/R contractors and services over 35,000 clients a year. Isaac partners with leading HVAC and plumbing companies throughout the United States, providing the support and resources of a large national company. Responsibilities: Responsible for loading delivery vehicles with parts scheduled for delivery and completing efficient deliveries and pick-up routes. Ensures that product is delivered to correct addresses, obtaining signatures and proof of receipt when necessary. Accountable for picking up products along the scheduled route, including items to be returned, company orders, and other items as requested. Maintains basic records of truck mileage and deliveries made as required. Ensures that delivery vehicle receives basic service according to maintenance schedule; reports larger service needs and mechanical issues to supervisor. Assists in general warehouse duties when delivery routes are completed. Responsible for travel as business dictates and have the ability to accommodate a flexible schedule to meet workload needs. Job Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent required Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screening Competencies: Excellent written, verbal, and active listening skills Strong administrative skills Ability to work individually and as part of a team Strong organizational skills Customer focused Problem-solving skills The starting base range for this position is $18.50 to $22 an hour. This is the range of the base pay only, it does not include other components that make up the total compensation package of the position. If offered a position, your total compensation package will be determined by experience, location, skills, and/or education, which may result in a total compensation package that falls outside of the provided range.
