Job Description

At The Springs Living, your position is an important part of our mission to change the way people think, feel and experience senior living. We strive to make a difference in the lives of our residents, their families and each other.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the exterior of our community, including buildings, grounds, walkways, driveways, housekeeping, and parking lot.
  • Sustain a high standard of quality and customer service for our residents.
  • Supervise maintenance and housekeeping staff.
  • Perform emergency preparation and response duties, including training others.
Qualifications:
  • 3-5+ years of experience in maintenance or a related field.
  • Knowledge of OSHA regulations and best practices in community safety.
  • CPR and first aid certification.
  • A valid driver's license and safe driving record.
  • Ability to prioritize, organize, delegate assignments and interpret instructions.
