About the role

The Activities Lead supports the Director of Activities & Events in executing the programs designed to offer enjoyable experiences for resort customers. This individual will work with the Director and clients during the pre-planning phase to design programs that make full use of the resort facilities, intended to enhance the resort experience. They will help organize special events, themed parties, and other recreational activities.

What you will be doing:
  • Communicate with staff about special events, programs and other items of interest.
  • Maintain high standards of safety, service, and program quality.
  • Boost resort revenue through the creation of unique events that are innovative and cost effective.
What you bring to the role:
  • High School diploma; bachelor's degree a plus.
  • Previous experience in activities & entertainment, preferably in resort operations.
  • High energy, engaging personality; actively involved with events on a daily basis.
  • Fluent in English; Ability to communicate effectively with guests and co-workers
  • Relevant certifications in recreation and/or fitness are a plus.
  • Deep understanding of local culture, events, and entertainment scenes in Oklahoma City.
  • Outgoing, enthusiastic and personable; customer centric mindset to work with groups representing all age groups and demographics.

Compensation Range

The compensation for this position is $13.60/Yr. - $17.00/Yr. based on qualifications and experience.
