Psychiatrist Duties Assessing and serving patients of all ages, conducting psychiatric evaluations and interventions, including interviews, medical histories, physical exams, observations, and psychological testing and treatments. Analyze data and results of assessments to diagnose patients, using HTC electronic health records (EHR) Credible decision support system. Using the EHR develop Care Plan, prescribe and administer medications according to diagnosis. Monitor patients to determine efficacy and potential side effects of medications. []{style=""}
