Job Description

At Lifescale Analytics, we help achieve data-driven decisions by leveraging strategic technologies to create innovative solutions that ultimately help our clients to navigate their ever-changing data landscape. We have an opportunity for a SAS Architect, in the Washington D.C. area. Must currently hold a Secret Government Clearance.

The candidate must have lived in the United States for the past 5 years.

Scope of Work:
  • Installation of SAS Software:
          • Development of architecture design for SAS Viya 4.0 environment in the cloud
          • Deployment of SAS software in the DOC OIG designated cloud infrastructure
  • 2. Architecture Design and Review:
          • Design and review of SAS Viya 4 architecture
          • Provision of SAS EEC sizing documentation
  • 3. Pre-installation Activities:
          • Review of deployment guide with DOC OIG team
          • Definition of pre-installation activities for SAS Viya 4 configuration
  • 4. Implementation Tasks:
          • Installation and configuration of licensed SAS software
          • Implementation of SAS Viya directory structure as per updated DOC OIG security model
  • 5. Security Implementation:
          • Integration of security model in SAS Viya with DOC OIG's Active Directory and security model
          • Execution of standard test procedures to ensure proper functioning of SAS products
  • 6. Knowledge Transfer and Support:
          • Informal knowledge transfer on configuration
          • Participation in security audits for Authorization to Operate (ATO) compliance
  • 7. Security Documentation and Migration Support:
          • Assistance in resolving security vulnerabilities
          • Support in preparing security documentation for DOC OIG ATO reviews
          • Assistance migrating 4 Visual Analytic dashboard
