We are searching for a technical lead with a breadth of technical expertise and exceptional leadership qualities. This role demands an individual who can seamlessly navigate the complexities of a program from concept to completion.

Responsibilities
  • Lead highly technical programs encompassing:
    • Digital Signal Processing
    • RF Design
    • Digital Design
    • Embedded Software
    • PWB Layout
    • System Engineering
    • Antenna Design
    • VHDL Implementation
  • Provide technical direction and mentorship to engineering teams.
  • Translate customer requirements into actionable engineering solutions.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Manage program budgets and timelines.
  • Clearly and concisely communicate complex technical concepts to both internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in a relevant engineering field.
  • Proven track record of leading successful engineering programs.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to obtain/maintain a US security clearance
An ideal candidate for these positions will also have:
  • Experience in the defense industry
  • Advanced degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
