Job Opening: LPN Home Care Nursing Job - must be licensed LPN or RN
Branch: Tonawanda, NY (Buffalo)
Location: client in Buffalo NY (North Buffalo area)
Rates: $36.00/hr - $40.00/hr
Available Shifts:
- Days: 7am to 7pm, available Thursdays ($36.00/hr)
- Days: 7am to 7pm, available Saturdays ($40.00/hr)
- Overnights: 7pm to 7am, available Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays ($40.00/hr)
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be a LPN or RN currently licensed to practice in New York State, with at least six months experience as a LPN or RN and/or competent in knowledge and skills based on successful completion of the pre-employment nursing test and demonstration of skills.
- Must be competent in all skills required on assignment following case orientation and on the job training.
- Current certification in Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) is required.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- This position requires the completion of health examination and required tests/immunizations and the completion of annual health assessment thereafter to certify that the incumbent is free of communicable disease and physically capable of performing assigned duty.
