Preschool Housekeeper- Grand View Village

El Concilio California is currently accepting applications for the position of Housekeeper. The Housekeeper will maintain cleanliness and perform custodial duties at our Early Childhood Development Centers, ensuring that all assigned buildings and grounds are well-kept according to a set work schedule. The role includes tasks such as moving and rearranging furniture (up to 25 pounds), sweeping, scrubbing, waxing, and polishing floors, vacuuming carpets, and disinfecting surfaces. Knowledge of cleaning methods, materials, and supplies, as well as an understanding of workplace hazards and safety precautions, is essential. This position works closely with site supervisors and preschool teachers to ensure a clean and safe environment for both staff and children. Related duties may also be assigned as needed.

Employment Type: Full-Time; Non-Exempt

Work Hours: Monday- Friday: Hours vary by site/classroom

Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED preferred. Oral and written communication skills. Knowledge and experience in custodial duties and health/safety measures to ensure clean and sanitized centers.
