UC Health is hiring an IT Application Analyst for the UCHealth PeriOperative, Anesthesia and Cardiology departments Primary purpose is to support the Epic OpTime, Anesthesia and Cupid modules for the UCHealth PeriOperative, Anesthesia and Cardiology departments. Responsible for implementing and supporting designated software applications in accordance with departmental standards and procedures. Work with users to apply system functionality to production practices. Develops reports to meet users requirements. Develops operational procedures and test software. Two or more years experience with computer applications (programming, analysis, or end user with demonstrated understanding of application) is preferred. Healthcare systems experience desired. Operating Room or Cardiology/Cath Lab experience is preferred. Applications knowledge in UC Health current systems preferred. Epic OpTime, Anesthesia or Cupid certification is preferred. Work with the operational departments to identify system enhancements and resolve issues. Define and design system tables, parameters and setup that optimize applications functionality for the PeriOp, Anesthesia and Cardiology departments. Participate in the development of workflows, system configuration, testing and change management documentation. Provides documented solution alternatives to problems/issues including adhoc reports to support offered solutions. Executes application design changes according to established procedures. Develops detailed, written, and inclusive application test plans. Performs complete testing of software and validates application requirements are met. Provides maintenance support for all application tables or reports. Provides user training and/or support to customers, training, and operations staff. Provides timely and accurate support to resolve application errors and user reported problems. Utilizes and adheres to production support standards. Documents application request using the Service
