POSITION - Polisher | Metal Finisher

JOB LOCATION - Eau Claire, WI

STARTING DATE - Immediately

EMPLOYMENT TERM - Temp-to-Hire or Direct Hire

EMPLOYMENT TYPE - Full-Time

WORK HOURS (SHIFT) - Day Shift (Choice of either 4:45am-3pm or 6:45am-4pm, Mon-Thurs and Mon-Fri)

STARTING PAY - $20.00/hour (or more DOE)

BENEFITS - Competitive

REQUIRED EDUCATION - High School Diploma/GED required, trade school or technical diploma/certificate a bonus

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE - 1-2 years of manufacturing experience highly preferred

DUTIES :

• Polish parts to ensure consistent finish quality.
• Keep work area and tools clean.
• Undertake assigned maintenance tasks as directed by supervisor.
• Aid in assembly processes.
• Adhere to all quality policies, specifications, regulations, and instructions.
• Execute all duties in a safe and accountable manner.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proficient in polishing to precise tolerances.
• Capable of adhering to a set schedule.
• Demonstrates reliability and punctuality.
• Exhibits strong attention to detail.
• Willingness to work overtime as necessary.
