Job Overview

This role supports a team to maintain a pristine and well-organized hotel environment. Our diligent efforts ensure that guests enjoy a stay characterised by quality service and a clean and safe environment. Key Responsibilities

Welcome to the core of what being a Room Attendant is all about

Here's the quick lowdown on what you'll do day-to-day:
  • Clean guest rooms by category of priority or as directed in line up
  • Transport cart with cleaning supplies, amenities and linen to assigned guest room and position securely
  • Inspect condition of all furniture for tears, rips or stains, report any damages to the team leader
  • Update statue of rooms cleaned on assignment REX
  • Provide warm welcome, and anticipation of guest needs throughout their stay
Requirements

Here's exactly what you need to excel in this role:

The Non-Negotiables (Must-Haves):
  • Ability to lift bend, stop, squat and stretch to fulfil cleaning and repair tasks
  • Work hour flexibility including late afternoon, weekend and holidays
  • Ability to focus on attention on details and be a team player
The Cherries on Top (Nice-to-Haves):
  • Experience in housekeeping
  • Able to speak a second language
