- Document resident condition and nursing needs accurately and in a timely manner
- Execute treatments, administer and chart all medications
- Initiate physician orders and communicate with families regarding changes in medications
- Coordinate admissions, discharges, and transfers to deliver quality customer service
Requirements:
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Licensed Practical Nurse license and other licensure required by state regulations
