Interim Cardiology Manager Needed in Texas Healthcare Facility

The Position

  • Seeking an Interim Cardiology Manager to oversee non-invasive cardiovascular services and Cath Lab operations.
  • This role will report directly to the System Sr. Director of Cardiology, with oversight of 27 FTEs.
  • Key responsibilities include daily management of Cath Lab operations, ensuring IDX setup for accurate billing, and working toward stabilizing and reducing turnover by recruiting and retaining quality staff.
  • The ideal leader will have excellent communication skills and be capable of fostering a transparent environment. A strong background in rural healthcare settings will be critical.
  • Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum of five years in a Cath Lab environment, including two years in a leadership position.

Compensation Details:
  • Compensation Range: $150,000 to $160,000 annually.
  • The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation. Additionally, some candidates may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, depending on the specific role, including but not limited to health insurance coverage and retirement benefits.
  • The listed base compensation range represents a good faith estimate of potential earnings at the time of this job posting and may be subject to future adjustments
