Job Details

Central KY acute hospital is seeking a pharmacist for assignment. KY licensed, Day shift, EPIC, Hospital experience, and USP 800 compounding experience.

Required Qualifications

Pharmacist, Acute Licenses: PHARM-KY References: 1 Reference in entire work history Pharm D or Bachelor's Degree

Preferred Qualifications

we will not have a backup oncology compounding pharmacist. If we can find someone with USP 800 compounding experience, that would also be ideal.
