SuccessFactors PM

Job Summary:

We are seeking a strong PM with hands-on project experience around SuccessFactors and the implementation of various SuccessFactors modules. The candidate must be able to work onsite in Salisbury, NC, one day per week from the start date, and should relocate to the area if not local.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation and integration of new HR modules within SuccessFactors

• Manage the responsibilities of the staff assigned to the program

• Outline and develop a project plan and timeline

• Apply subject matter expertise to identify, develop, and implement techniques to improve engagement, productivity, mitigate risks, and resolve issues

• Review/submit deliverables and manage invoicing

• Manage program financials

• Ensure that the work products and deliverables are of the highest caliber to ensure client satisfaction

• Communicate with global vendor and internal partners and stakeholders as needed

Required Qualifications:

• Previous experience working as a Technical PM

• Experience working on a SuccessFactors implementation

- Needs to understand the technical side of HR and the implementation phases, etc.

- Should understand how requirements affect IT, naming conventions, and impacts/flows of decisions throughout the organization

• Experience working with EU partners and vendors

• Previous experience on a project involving MuleSoft

• Agile

• AI experience within SuccessFactors would be a huge plus but not required
