About the Team The Corporate Dev Technology IT team provides strategic solutions and support for the various Business applications and platforms supporting various functions like Banking, Finance, Compliance, Market Risk, etc., We also develop and maintain shared generic reusable frameworks that can be leveraged by any internal teams within the firm like Corporate BPM framework, Corporate UI framework, Corporate Access Manager etc., The team is responsible for: Requirements Analysis Solution architecting and design Development and support Technical documentation Liaising with Business and Program Management teams on program deliverables Unit Testing, Integration Testing and UAT support Production Releases and deployments Production Support Summary The Corporate Lead Developer will be responsible for the technical aspects of our treasury management systems, ensuring they are effectively integrated, maintained, and optimized to meet the needs of our treasury functions. This role combines technical expertise with a deep understanding of treasury operations, providing leadership and guidance on system implementations, upgrades, and support. Responsibilities Build technical design documentation in partnership Architect and Business Analyst Design, develop, and implement financial products and custom web applications Design and implement technical specifications and business components using industry best practices and proven design patterns while utilizing OOAD and SOLID principles Perform analysis of user stories that may include complex functionalities Conduct high and low level design, development, testing, coding and issue/query resolutions Perform unit testing, integration testing while participating in configuration management and deployment procedures Participate in UAT/production support activities Production release preparation and release management for deployments Manage and mentor technical resources both FTE and third-party resources Required Qualifications 10-15 years of backend development experience Excellent communication and analytical skills Experience with .Net Core/ ASP.Net Core/C#/EF Core/SQL Server and related technologies Exposure to Azure development would be a plus Experience with Agile SDLC processes Organized self-starter Additional Preferred Qualifications Knowledge and experience working with medium to large banking firms Generic Framework development The expected base salary ranges from $105k-$175k. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications and licenses obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered.
