Job Description EDI Support Analyst 212 W 2nd St, Winona, MN 55987 HEADD Full-time Shift(s): MON TUE WED THU FRI 7:00am - 5:00pm OVERVIEW: Working as Full-time EDI Support Analyst, you will provide support to integrated customers, suppliers and internal sales teams to ensure processes are followed and integrated documents are successfully transmitted. You will work with the EDI Integration Analyst team to troubleshoot and determine any system modifications necessary. This position may offer a flexible schedule after a period of onboarding, training, and meeting performance goals. RESPONSIBILITIES: The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: o Supporting and monitoring issues pertaining to electronic documents transacted with suppliers and customers o Troubleshooting and assisting with issues that cause customer electronic invoicing issues and payment delays o Providing frontline customer service to both internal and external customers o Facilitating and training internal Fastenal branch employees on best practices for processing electronic orders o Completing support tickets that are submitted via telephone, email and help tickets o Maintaining partnerships with customers and suppliers to ensure data accuracy o Resolving technical issues as needed REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: The skills and qualifications required for this position include: o Possess or working towards an associate's degree in IT, Business, or related degree OR prior experience in Customer Service, Inventory Management, Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, eCommerce, or IT o Work independently as well as in a team environment o Learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment o Highly motivated, self directed and customer service oriented o Excellent written and oral communication skills o Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite o Demonstrate strong math aptitude, attention to detail and sense of urgency o Demonstrate strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities o Demonstrate our core values of ambition, innovation, integrity and teamwork o Pass the required drug screen and background check (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico and Guam ONLY) PREFERRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: o Basic knowledge of PeopleSoft o Experience in accounting or tax ABOUT US: Since 1967 Fastenal has grown as a distributor of industrial and construction supplies from a single branch to a Fortune 500 company with over 3,000 servicing locations, each providing tailored local inventory and personal service for our customers.
