Schedule:

  • Monday and Friday - Allentown, PA Office.

  • Tuesday through Thursday - Field visits with the sales team.

Position Responsibilities

  • Recruit, train, and nurture a high-performing sales team of 8 - 10 representatives.

  • Regularly conduct joint sales calls with Sales Representatives and Account Managers while collaborating with strategic accounts.

  • Partner with national sales and training managers to implement effective sales strategies and training procedures.

  • Monitor and analyze sales goals to identify and capitalize on opportunities for improvement.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree.

  • 10+ years of experience in Sales or Sales Management with proven leadership and coaching skills.

  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.

  • Willingness to travel frequently within the territory and occasionally to other North American locations.
